Please bring bathing attire for use in the thermal spa rooms. Robes, towels and footwear are provided. 

Lockers are provided for your personal items, however please be aware we accept no responsibility for loss of items on the premises. 

We love to hear your feedback - please find our feedback cards at our reception desk or speak to a member of our team.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to rearrange or cancel an appointment, we politely ask that you give us 48 hours’ notice.

Failure to provide adequate notice will result in the payment being non-refundable.

Please note that we do require a payment in full to secure your booking.

Our spa environment is one of relaxation and tranquillity. In light of this, the spa is a phone-free zone. 

We politely ask that guests keep their voices to a whisper to maintain a relaxed atmosphere.

Please respect all spa guests’ right to privacy.

Please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to your appointment time to allow sufficient time to check in, change into your robe, and familiarise yourself with the spa. 

Treatments can only take place after completion of the appropriate forms. 

As a courtesy to all our guests we do operate a prompt appointment schedule – a late arrival may mean that your treatment time is reduced.

Please note that treatments are only available for guests 16 and above.
